FilMax is a fast-growing cinema brand in Ukraine that required a modern, scalable digital platform to support daily operations, dynamic session scheduling, and seamless content management across multiple theaters. Their existing website lacked flexibility, making it difficult to efficiently update film listings, adjust pricing, and manage showtimes without developer involvement. The business needed a fully custom solution built around operational efficiency, scalability, and premium user experience. Our team designed and developed a new Laravel-based platform with a custom admin environment, streamlined content workflows, and a future-ready architecture. The new website empowered FilMax’s team with full operational control while delivering a modern, conversion-focused experience for cinema visitors.

Develop a fully custom cinema platform that unifies multiple theaters under a single system, enabling centralized management of schedules, films, and pricing, while delivering a modern user experience, fast performance, and complete operational control through a custom Laravel-based solution.

Modern UI/UX Design and Page Prototyping: Designed and prototyped every page template and user interaction in Figma, ensuring consistent visual identity, intuitive navigation, and conversion-focused user flows.
Clean, Performance-Optimized Frontend Implementation: Developed the frontend using modern responsive development standards, with strong emphasis on clean code structure, minimal overhead, and fast loading performance across all devices.
Custom Laravel Platform Development: Built a scalable Laravel-based platform capable of consolidating multiple cinemas into a single system. Each theater maintains its own schedule, film listings, and pricing, while being centrally managed within one unified platform.
Advanced Admin Panel with Role-Based Access: Developed an intuitive administrative interface enabling fast film publishing, schedule updates, and pricing management. Implemented role-based access control to separate permissions across different operational roles.
Performance Optimization and Security Hardening: Configured the application and server environment to ensure maximum performance, platform stability, and protection against unauthorized access and automated attacks.
Domain Migration and Platform Release: Executed a seamless transition from the previous .net.ua domain to the new .ua domain during launch, ensuring platform continuity, system integrity, and proper search engine recognition.

This included full desktop and mobile layouts, behavioral states, and scalable UI patterns designed for rapid platform expansion.
