Jet Boat & Yacht Rental SEO Case Study - USA

Our client operates in one of the most competitive local tourism markets in the United States - jet boat and yacht rentals in Miami. When we began, the website was limited by the FareHarbor platform, with no access to source code or the ability to implement critical SEO improvements. We executed a rapid migration to a fully controlled WordPress environment, recreating the website and establishing a scalable Local Business SEO foundation. By optimizing site structure, location signals, and local search relevance, we achieved 97% search visibility, with 96% of keywords ranking in TOP-10 and an average position of 3.
