Our client is an established online contact lens retailer operating in a highly competitive ecommerce market. When we started working together in 2019, the business had already partnered with four SEO agencies without measurable results. Most focused only on content and backlinks, citing the outdated OpenCart platform and technical limitations as barriers to real growth. We took a different approach by first resolving critical technical issues and rebuilding the SEO foundation. As organic performance improved, we led a full website redesign and migration to a modern Laravel platform in 2021, with optimized architecture, UX/UI, and SEO infrastructure. Following the relaunch, the client’s organic visibility and rankings grew rapidly.
